Going through these pages quickly. Sometimes I miss my previous, better art – but I do not miss my slow speed. The feeling that I will get to the ending is exhilarating.

Anyways, we have here Fiadh coping as usual. Things aren’t as bad if you tell yourself and others they aren’t. The barrier is always thin.

I tried an MRE the other day. I probably got a lame one, because I rate it at 5 at best. Would have thought emergency ration food is not a gourmet experience?

The flameless ration heater did not work – a shame since I was most excited to use it. The pasta was fine. Best dried peanuts I ever had though, I will give it that.

I like that panicked expression when he suddenly opens his eyes! Everyone knows that sensation, haha.
Damn, I guessed he’d get nowhere with it last page but I guess this is the grim outcome, he really hasn’t got any other next step if this failed. Does the rat behind the building count as someone waiting? I definitely understand your comment, even Fiadh looks like he’s starting to doubt he has anywhere to go now that his big plan went kaput.
Nice idea for the layout! The giant building surrounding him makes him feel small and isolated and lost in a big unrecognisable place, as I’m sure he’s feeling. I also appreciate how nicely you drew his calves, and the detail of the floating railway once more!

You really have been producing new pages at a frightening speed! Imo the art now is actually better, without grayscale/black and white it’s so far been letting you improve the lighting and shading a lot! Perhaps it’s worked quite well for Sarkesa, which seems a more mystical and dark/pale than technicoloured city. But the characters have looked consistently nice, with you picking out individual colors that are important for their designs.
