Very ominous last quote. I think the reason I’m so confused is I never expected Atta would be important to the plot, outside of a backstory for Asha. Here Zeigen’s son seems to be saying she has a very monumental role in shaping (or harming) his life. And given the start of this Intermission, Zeigen will most likely be affected or involved in her role, too.
So like, Atta and Asha must have been raised by Gurak for a time? But that would have had to be before they lived in Nutaryu. And here I always thought she lived in Nutaryu from the start, and would have died in one of these campaign raids. But here she is implied to be deeply involved in the first one? I’m curious and now I wanna find out more!
What a way to end! 😆 I was mildly interested just in like, a sidestory history way, I didn’t expect this to have big implications for the current story and plot. Now i’m very interested to see more!
