You can really tell that Fiadh is playing up his speech for the fear factor here—it’s such a dangerous plan, but a smart move. I didn’t expect him to be that smart he thought to use a prisoner’s dilemma with Nitani if things went wrong, now i know why he asked Asha not to kill her yet.
Nitani wouldn’t put it past the rebels to bomb the capital, so it makes sense she’d believe him, especially since she obviously wouldn’t throw away her own life. I’m not sure if Fiadh is serious about this plan, I doubt it and Asha and Scott don’t seem onboard, but it feels like he’s definitely playing a part since Nitani has no idea what he’s actually like, but she would know about the explosion of Immaculate’s Martyr tower so she has reason to believe it. Also, the vail circuits in Fiadh’s eyes are such a cool detail—they remind me a lot of the Pontiff
